Attire for BRAIN 2015 is informal for all occasions.
Visa regulations depend on nationality and country of origin. Please contact your local Canadian Embassy/Consulate for full and official instructions on the specific visa regulations and application procedures that apply to you. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required.
Official Letter of Invitation
Official letters of invitation designed to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries can be sent to participants by the Secretariat. Should you require an invitation please contact us.
It must be understood that such letters do not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee or Congress Organizer to provide any financial assistance. If you require an original letter, it is recommended that you send your request 3 months in advance to account for delivery by post and administrative time.
We recommend that all participants to the XXVIIth International Symposium on Cerebral Blood Flow, Metabolism and Function & XIIth International Conference on Quantification of Brain Function with PET take out personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
The weather in Vancouver in June is mild with average maximum temperatures of 15 ºC - 20ºC.
It rains occasionally so an umbrella is recommended.
